WINTER/SPRING PAAW CLUBS BEGIN JANUARY 21st

PAAW Club Registration

in the Winstead gym 
6:00-7:30   PM

PROMOTING AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES at WINSTEAD
WINTER/SPRING 2010
Wednesdays, beginning 1/21/10 and ending 3/10/10
8 consecutive weeks
3:35 – 4:30 p.m.

Attached you will find a list of the Enrichment Clubs that we are offering this semester. Review the list, and on Tuesday, December 15th from 6-7:30PM come to the Winstead Gym to register your child. Placement is on a first come first serve basis. Space is limited in each club. Students may only participate in one club. Registration forms will not be accepted before this date. After, if we have slots still open we will continue to fill them. Clubs have filled up very quickly so plan to be early.

Melissa Baird, Winstead first grade teacher, serves as the faculty club supervisor. She will be present in the building each week to supervise all of the clubs. In addition we have Winstead parents and teachers as leaders for each of the individual clubs.

The P.T.O. registration fee for each student is $20. This covers supply fees for all clubs. We offer scholarship opportunities if needed. If needed, please contact Mrs. Kinder.

We ask that you be present to register your own children. If scheduling conflicts prohibit you from attending you are allowed to send in your form with another family. No more than 2 families allowed per registrant. In fairness to the children we ask you only do this if absolutely necessary.

We strive to make this program an enriching and rewarding experience for both the students and leaders. Please read through all the materials provided to ensure an understanding of the program on your part and how you can contribute to our success.
